Mayes Bros. Gourmet Foods Inc. is solutions based food consulting and design business that began operations in 2000. Two brothers jointly own the company. Derek S. Mayes is an award winning and recognized Executive Chef with over 20 years of multi-national experience. Graham A. Mayes spent a number of years in the food industry culminating as a Sous-Chef from 1978-1980. Following this, Graham embarked on a 25 year plus career in Finance and International Money Management and remains in this field to this day.

The food services industry in Canada has changed dramatically over the last 20 years. The scope and purpose of Mayes Bros. Gourmet Foods is to enhance future development with the design and delivery of uncompromising products to their client base. The main focus of their work and majority of clientele are major Hospitality groups, banquet halls, airlines and rail services in North America. In partnership with key manufacturers, the products of Mayes Bros. are produced in Federal and HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) plants and shipped in accordance with the preference of the buyer. The goal of Mayes Bros. is to provide superb creations in an economical fashion while enhancing the products served and the consistency to the eventual end users.

A selection of recognized fair is readily available however the group will work in conjunction with the purchaser to custom design "centre of plate" creations that will distinguish the customer from its competition.
